“They’re back!” Millennials appear to be moving back in with their parents – to save enough for a new home, to payback student loans, etc. It’s actually not a bad thing to do for a couple of years. Terry also answers a listener’s question on the screening of buyers by a condominium association who can afford the house but don’t have the best credit. But, fortunately, this is a rare occurrence.
